Outstanding Real Estate Team! Brian, Sharon and Tiffany were instrumental in selling my house. I retired from the military and moved out of state. My first realtor listed the property and it set for 6 months. My second realtor listed the property then suddenly retired after having my listing for 3 months. I then did some extensive research and found a real estate team (Brian and Sharon) that not only listed properties, they were also assisting people buy houses. To me, this meant my house had more of a chance of being shown. I was right! Brian and Sharon even held an open house for other realtors in their office to showcase my house. They also assisted me in finding a lawn care person and a reasonably priced contractor to fix the little items at closing. Every Monday I was sent a report of how many times my house was shown and also comments the prospective buyers made. This made it easier to make a price reduction when they suggested it.
